About the Role:

• Position: Quality Manager
• Industry: Food Manufacturing
• Salary: Circa £40,000
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry and company standards as a Quality Manager
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Lead and develop the quality team, providing training and support to enhance their skills
• Address and resolve quality issues and customer complaints promptly
• Work closely with production and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
