Salary: Up to £29,000
2-3 days a week in the office

This is an award winning financial planning and investment company that has an excellent reputation within the industry. Specialising in proving a wide range of services to private clients, corporations, HNW individuals and financial services professionals across the UK they are the market leader in the industry and have been supporting their clients for over 30 years with their financial planning and investment needs.

Due to growth, this company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to join as a Financial Services Administrator which sits within the Intermediary Sales Support Team. This role is crucial to providing a high quality Advice service to clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with queries from clients and IFAs, some of these being technical questions, which you will be expected to deal with to a high standard
  • Providing Admin and technical support to various teams within the business such as (IFAs, Fund Managers, 3rd parties, Business Development team)
  • Inbound and outbound communication via the telephone 
  • Dealing with complaints efficiently 
  • Monitoring the team inbox


Full training is provided around technical knowledge but you need to be able to pick up information around tax requirements, regulations etc.
 

The ideal candidate would have previous Financial Services experience, and they must be confident on the phone, dealing with queries from clients/IFAs etc.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning practice or similar, such as for a Provider or Platform 
  • Experience in a customer service role within Financial Services
  • Excellent phone manner, and confidence dealing with queries via the phone
  • Strong problem solving skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
