Irecruit are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of bespoke leisure products based in carcoft!!!

Main objectives/Responsibilities:

To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s.

Fork truck driving and moving inventory to required locations.

Manual handling up to 50kgs two man lift when required.

Improving stock management FIFO and making sure levels are at the correct levels to support manufacturing & customer.

To develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies, and freight forwarders ensuring our brands reputation and values are portrayed.

Where an offsite is utilised ensure all stock records are kept up-to-date maintaining accuracy and that any interaction required with offsite personnel or management is conducted in a professional manner.

To have full responsibility of the stores/stock areas ensuring accuracy, good housekeeping, records keeping, organisation and stores procedures.

To implement continuous improvement ideas to support manufacturing and improve the efficiency of the store’s operation.

Any other duties that may be required in busy periods to support factory operations.

Experience:

Fork lift trained (with a current licence)

Attention to detail

Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages etc)

Ability to clean, organise and keep tidy work spaces

Physically able to maintain manual handling procedures (training will be given in manual handling)
