Job Overview:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support daily HR operations, including:

  • Administrative Support: Maintain employee database, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence.
  • Enquiries: Respond to internal and external queries from staff, managers, and job candidates.
  • Recruitment Support: Post and edit job listings, arrange interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Lead new hire orientations and provide benefits information.
  • Leave & Absence Reporting: Assist in tracking annual leave and absences.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Help process payroll and manage employee benefits.
  • Documentation: Update handbooks, newsletters, and draft letters/reports.
  • ATS Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system, screen CVs, and handle recruitment admin.
  • Event Coordination: Organize interviews and assessment days.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support as needed on special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • CIPD Level 3 (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
