Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be once again partnering with a successful client based in West Oxfordshire to source two Accounts Payable Clerks to join their growing business. The roles offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum based on experience, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, study support, pension, progression, and free onsite parking.

You will be required to come into the office for training and then 2 days a week thereafter.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

* Processing invoices, producing weekly payment runs, creating journal entries, and filing processed invoices.
* Producing and analysing reports for site management and for month end closure.
* Analysing and applying discounts where appropriate.
* Resolving internal and external queries
* Clearing direct debits
* Review and analysing cash books, reconciling vendor accounts for allocated sites
* Liaising with Accounts Receivable to reconcile intercompany accounts

This role is ideally suited to an AAT studier or AAT qualified who has had Accounts Payable experience in a similar environment. It would be great if you could work in a fast paced environment, be a team player and work flexibly. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
