Telesales Account Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Join our team as a Telesales Account Manager in our Service Team and play a crucial role in driving our business growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Contact potential customers and present our comprehensive service portfolio to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales growth with both existing and new customers.
  • Account Management: Manage inbound demands from dedicated target accounts.
  • Proactive Sales: Sell service contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of customer accounts.
  • Quotation Building: Build quotations based on customer requirements and communicate pertinent information efficiently.
  • Sales Support: Provide high-level sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and electronic media.
  • Experience using CRM/SAP systems desirable
