As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive world-class service. You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries, processing orders, and managing daily administrative tasks, all while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Your ability to cross-sell and up-sell will be key to maximising sales opportunities.
The role is based in Worcestershire and offers a competitive salary starting at £25k, with the final amount dependent on experience. In addition to the salary, the position comes with a range of benefits, including hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days from home), an office dog policy allowing one dog per employee, a discretionary 5% annual bonus, and a 50% discount on pet products. As Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Actively engaging in up-selling and cross-selling to optimise sales.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Managing customer complaints effectively to minimise business impact.
- Accurately processing orders and responding to enquiries across various channels.
- Are experienced in a Customer Service role.
- Are goal-oriented, resilient, and passionate about animal care.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP B1, is advantageous.
- Have high energy, motivated, and detail-oriented. Are flexible team player's who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Are passionate about pets, you have to love dog's to work in our clients office!
