Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor - Redbridge

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students either 1:1 or in small groups with both their academic studies and personal needs, including behavior and mental health. You will work closely with pastoral leads and class teachers to ensure that students receive the appropriate care for their individual needs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support or run interventions designed for students who may find it challenging to thrive in a traditional classroom setting.
