The Role: As an Estates Manager, you will:

  • Manage an extensive portfolio of approximately 100 sites across Southern UK & Ireland.
  • Provide expert advice on property management, lease issues, and collaborate closely with construction and FM teams.
  • Ensure financial diligence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies.
  • Engage in property transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals, and more, supporting the Head of Estates in strategic property decisions.

Who You Are:

  • An innovative and adaptable professional with at least 3 years of multi-site property or estate experience.
  • RICS qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in landlord and tenant legislation with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong communicator, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a full UK Driving License for site visits.
