28k per annum with a night bonus of £15 per night (£3120 per annum)
Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in their field based in the LS12 area. They are looking for a Team Leader to join their expanding manufacturing team on the night shift, working Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am.
The role will involve:
- Leading and guiding a team
- Ensuring health and safety
- Co-ordinate materials and allocate work
- Provide training
- To be accountable for product quality produced by team
- Effective application of quality assurance techniques
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience managing a team
- Have experience within a production or manufacturing supervisory role
- Understanding of health and safety
- Understanding of quality assurance techniques
