We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our local call centre team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for helping customers find the correct automotive parts through phone calls, emails and live chat. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in helping others. Product knowledge not essential as full training will be provided but motor trade would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend the best parts and accessories to complete customer orders.
• Assess the needs of customers and suggest additional products they may need to make their vehicle run smoothly.
• Help customers choose from the parts in stock that will fix their car.
• Make sure the customer is satisfied with their order once it is complete.
