Job Description: As an Experienced HGV Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients fleet. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of their heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), ensuring they are in optimal condition to meet the demands of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform MOT preparations and testing.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HGV systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) prefered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid HGV license is preferred but not essential.
