SENIOR REGENERATION MANAGER

PACKAGE UP TO £67,743 per annum

We are working with one of the capitals most vibrant and diverse London Boroughs, that is home to over 360,000 residents and approximately 14,000 businesses. Located just 11 miles south of Central London, the borough boasts exceptional transport links, with London Victoria, London Bridge, and the City all within a 16-minute rail journey.

THE ROLE:

Are you ready to lead some of the most exciting regeneration projects in the borough? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Regeneration Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives, including the redevelopment of a cutting-edge leisure centre and the expansion of a Premier League football stadium.

Key elements of the role include:

• Strategic Leadership: Assist in building an effective Growth Zone & Regeneration service that sets the standard in the sector.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team of up to four members, overseeing a portfolio of multi-million-pound regeneration schemes, with a focus on Delivery.
• Driving 'Good Growth': Shape evidence-based policy and strategy to ensure a holistic approach to regeneration, promoting economic growth and maximising the use of community spaces, parks, and leisure facilities. Create a borough where residents and businesses thrive.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced Regeneration professional with a deep understanding in supporting and delivering regeneration projects. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering regeneration projects from conception to completion, as well as experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and managing complex workloads.
