Sales & Letting Negotiator

Location: Shefford

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (£35,000 OTE)

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm & 1 Saturday every 3 weeks: 9am to 5pm

Job Type: Permanent, Full time, Office based

Our client, a leading property management company based in Shefford, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Letting Negotiator to join their expanding team. As a Sales & Letting Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing the property sales process from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Listing new properties for sale, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.
  • Scheduling and leading property viewings, providing potential buyers with detailed information and addressing any queries.
  • Working to secure the best possible deals for both buyers and sellers, negotiating terms that align with client expectations.
  • Handling inquiries from potential buyers, managing client databases, and maintaining regular communication.
  • Identifying and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads and winning new instructions.
  • Providing accurate and well-researched market appraisals for residential properties.
  • Monitoring sales progress, liaising with all parties to ensure timely completions.
  • Promoting properties through various marketing channels.
  • Overseeing the management of property instructions.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling residential property or in a similar industry.
  • Experience in valuing and listing residential properties.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the residential property selling process.
  • Experience working within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
