They work with some of the leading distributers and suppliers across the UK and Europe and their facility is purpose built and a true modern engineering showcase and the next generation of food production process.

The Role

You will maintain and improve process and plant equipment, carrying out planned maintenance activities, and corrective maintenance activities when needed. The engineer will also carry out improvements which align to operations and plant performance plans, and also reduce cost in the business by eliminating waste. The technician will also build an effective CMMS system and implement SOPs.

The Person

You will be an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, who ideally has experience or understanding of an FMCG environment. The engineer will be apprentice trained, qualified to NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical, as well as holding a 17th edition electrical wiring qualification. You will be able to work under pressure, and provide strong attention to detail when needed. The engineer will be competent in PLC fault finding and be able to read and understand schematic drawings, as well as also have an aptitude for fault finding and diagnosis.
