We are so pleased to be working with our Northampton based client who have a new opportunity for x 2 temporary ongoing Customer Services Co-ordinators to join their busy department, this role has come about due to growth. There may be the option for a permanent contact at the end of the assignment, however this is not guaranteed.

The Customer Services Co-ordinator reports directly to the Customer Services Manager working within a small friendly fast paced order management team on Moulton Park in Northampton.

Role Description

To be a front-line representative for the company, professionally and swiftly handling customer enquiries, student orders, queries, leads and orders.

The Customer Services Co-ordinator will have the ability to handle a wide range of customers (all customers you deal with have specific needs and must be handled with appropriate care).

The Customer Services Administrator will take responsibility for the activities that they handle, ensuring that ownership and responsibility is passed onto colleagues and that customers are kept up to speed with the status of their enquiry with the company. The Customer Services Administrator must be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working to tight deadlines, with minimum errors.

Specific Objectives

· Calling customer to confirm orders, take payment and arrange delivery

· To process sales orders

· To complete quotations

· Add customer details to our Customer Record Management System

· To handle incoming calls and general enquiry telephone lines

· To communicate to customers the status and progress of their orders

· To process credit card payments

· To administer and register new product insurance cases

· To book customer orders for delivery with various carriers and external engineering partners (e.g. DPD)

· To make sure all customer emails are responded to in a timely fashion.

The successful candidate must possess previous experience in customer services, have an excellent attention to detail with an empathetic approach to customer services.

This is a full time role working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and a 5pm finish on Fridays.
