Purpose:

This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, services, and brand. The goal is to enhance customer engagement, increase web traffic, and achieve our business objectives through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to develop and execute marketing plans that drive measurable growth and success.

  • Computer Skills - Understanding and skill with Company software programmes, CRM Systems, and effective use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)

Education/Experience Required:

  • Degree and professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing desirable
  • Experience of Saleforce CRM and Account Engagement Software desirable
  • Experience of Google Adwords, Google Analytics required
  • Experience and understanding of the measurement and review of product category profitability and performance
  • Experience and understanding of implementing digital marketing campaigns and the review and measure of campaign success
  • Experience working with Adobe creative suite or Canva desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Content Creation: With the Marketing Communications Manager create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales & commercial teams to ensure alignment and optimal performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Amazon E-commerce: Manage and optimize our Amazon storefront, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and customer interactions, as part of the broader digital marketing strategy
