Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cylindrical grinding on a Churchill grinder, ensuring high standards of precision and quality. For those with the requisite skills, there is the opportunity to run a manual lathe in addition to the primary grinding duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Churchill cylindrical grinder to achieve precise tolerances.
• Maintain and set up grinding equipment for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Potentially operate a manual lathe, depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in manual cylindrical grinding.
• Familiarity with Churchill grinders is highly advantageous.
• Manual turning experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
