An opportunity for Warehouse Operative has become available in St Ives. Our clients are looking for a candidate with previous warehouse experience to join their growing team.
As a Warehouse Operative main duties will include:
- Accurately picking orders
- Packing orders/stock
- Familiarise yourself with the company’s range of products.
- Stock check efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and be aware of where stock is to be kept upon arrival
- Assist/Action the unloading of deliveries and despatch
- To operate the Flooring slitter
- Carry out reasonable tasks to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse operations and business needs
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within a warehouse is essential.
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Working Hours
Monday - Friday 08:30am Until 17:30pm
£24,000 based on experience
