Clinical Sales Manager - Healthcare

Overview:

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with Bender UK who provide safety equipment and medical/clinical devices into the healthcare sector. The Clinical Sales Manager will join a regional team and look after the North West patch. Bender pride themselves on providing the best quality products and service to their client base, and are a leader within their discipline.There is excellent earning potential opportunities for the Clinical Sales Manager, and you will sell directly to public and private hospitals. 

Responsibilities for the Clinical Sales Manager:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts in line with annual targets.
  • Develop new accounts within this sector in line with annual targets.
  • Carry out client demonstrations/trials.
  • Manage and report on an ongoing pipeline.
  • Regular analysis of competitor activity and report back to the business on a regular basis.
  • Be up to date on all legislation and inform of any new legislation in this sector that could impact (positively or negatively) the organisation.
  • Regularly networking and attending trade shows to develop new business pipeline.
  • To proactively manage and continually evaluate all account activity, and provide options, recommendations and solutions to potential issues and opportunities.
  • To maintain close communication with other functions to ensure smooth implementation of all equipment and providing excellent customer service.
  • To provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • To maintain accurate account files within the CRM system and administrate effectively within deadlines.

Requirements for the Clinical Sales Manager role:

  • Experience of working in Sales in a similar industry.
  • Experience of the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Proven track record of delivering stretched sales targets.
