£26,000 - £32,000/annum Commensurate with experience

Air Tightness Tester:

My client is a well-regarded organisation with over 15 years of experience providing professional air testing services. They take a proactive approach to identifying necessary changes to ensure full compliance with British Standards and key regulations, particularly parts L1A, L2A, and L2B, which focus on energy efficiency. They work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial properties, schools, and supermarkets

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in undertaking parts L1A, L2A, and L2B testing
  • Hold at least a level 1 ATTMA Qualification preferably with Level 2
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence

Responsibilities:

  • Create informative technical reports that are clear and actionable for clients
  • Experienced in undertaking pre-air test inspections to ensure that all required equipment is available for testing
  • Identify air leakage paths and advise clients on sealing. Once the leakage paths are sealed, carry out further air tests to ensure compliance.
