Legal Assistant   Plot Sales

Our client one of the UK’s  leading House builders serving local communities across the UK and delivering around 10,000 homes a year.  Are recruiting for Legal Assistants to work in their Plot team due to continued success this is a new position.

You will be reporting to the Company Solicitor/Head of Northampton Plots, however work will be undertaken for all operating companies across the group.

The Role

• Dealing with variation agreements, freehold reversion transfers, consents, deed of covenant, and other legal agreements as directed
• Dealing with miscellaneous legal advice and legal tasks as directed
• If required, assist the Plot Sales Team and Legal Manager/ Assistant Legal Manager / Conveyancers with Plot – related transactions
• Legal research as and when required

Candidate

• Conveyancing experience desirable,  although candidates currently working in a Legal Assistant role who would like to progress there career in property will also be considered
• Law Graduates with a keen interest in developing a career in property will also be considered
• You will be educated to A Level ( Or equivalent )
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel are essential
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
