ASAP** PERMANENT ** Part-Time **Thurnscoe, Rotherham**

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to work for a well-known Manufacturing organisation based in Rotherham

Monday - Friday 4 hours per day - Flexible on time £12,66ph

Working within a small team of Field Service coordinators, you will receive service requests from both internal and external customers and be expected to provide an efficient and effective service.

You will be responsible to plan, schedule and prioritise all service and maintenance calls for our customers all over the UK and to coordinate our team of Service Technicians to carry these out to maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Raise service calls using our scheduling software and communicate the anticipated repair pathway
Effective triage of service requests to ensure relevant information is gathered and accurately recorded to support the "first time fix" of plant in the field
Develop a good understanding of our equipment (for which training will be provided), encourage and assist our customers in diagnosing and where possible, resolve faults remotely
Dispatch service calls to a team of Field Service Technicians using our scheduling software
Communicate with customers to keep them updated and informed of any changes to the agreed pathway
Review all calls throughout the day and highlight key learning points
Daily reporting of any issues to the Field Service Manager.
Following internal processes and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of service.
