7.5 TONNE DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED -  NEW PASSES ACCEPTED - FULL TIME - 12 WEEKS TEMP 2 PERM - IMMEDIATE START 

InstaStaff are currently recruiting for 7.5 tonne Delivery Drivers, to join a distribution and delivery company based in Aylesbury.

You will be delivering customers orders to their houses and office sites, working with a Drivers Mate to support you on all deliveries and route plans are put together for your daily.

The shifts are 5 days on and 3 days off, the days will be on a rota basis, with two 30-minute breaks, morning, and afternoon.

The role is on a 12-week temp – perm basis, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to secure a job with a well-established, reputable company, they will invest in you, and in return they are looking for hardworking, reliable and honest people to join their team.

A DBS check will be required for this role.

The duties of the 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver - include:

• Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role
• Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time
• Installing a range of various products for our customers
• Making every customer encounter memorable. Yes, you will need to love driving and being on the road, but you will need to love helping customers too.
• Following a delivery route
• Pre calling customers before arrival
• Filling in paperwork as and when required
• Removing all packaging from each delivery

The ideal 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver - 7.5 tonne will have:

• Experience within a similar role
• A full Class C1 UK/EA licence with no more than six penalty points
• CPC card (and Ideally) Tachograph card
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• The ability to handle heavy goods
• A clean DBS

The hours of work for the 7.5 tonne  Delivery Driver  are 5 days on 3 days off, the working days cover any 5 over Monday – Sunday, you must be available to work between the hours of 6.45am – 6.15pm, if the deliveries are completed early, you will finish early, as long as no one else needs support.

The salary for the 7.5 tonne Delivery Driver will be £31,000 per annum, £14.50 per hour, on a 12-week temp to perm basis.
