**Warehouse Operative - Pickers/Packers ** 

PART TIME POSITION 16HRS PER WEEK

Shifts – Part Time 16hrs per week - flexible to work Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00

Pay - £11.45 per hour

An opportunity has arisen to join one of our prestigious clients who are one of the largest privately owned transport and logistics companies rapidly expanding in the United Kingdom. Our client is based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield B76 with excellent transport links.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working on a production line Packing alcohol products and you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of exceptional service. (Please note that you will be required to complete other duties within the warehouse as and when instructed.)   

• Professional development, free parking, excellent facilities, must be able to work with alcohol products.

• Experienced Warehouse Operative / Order Picker needed must be comfortable with lifting up to 18kg, easily accessible from North Birmingham area (i.e. Erdington, Castle Vale).

The main duties of our Order Picker role in Minworth include:

• - Picking alcohol products using RF scanner
• - Moving products from pallets into boxes and labelling
• - Use of computerised stock system, processing
• - Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure daily KPI's are achieved.

The site location is easily accessible by both car and bus. Candidates must come with a minimum of 6 months experience in a Warehouse environment.

Successful Order Picker / Packer applicants must have the following:

• - At least 6 months experience within a fast-paced distribution / logistics environment.
• - Good standard of spoken and written English.
• - Proven ability to get to Minworth industrial estate without difficulty
• - Experience with handheld RF scanners
• - Team player attributes.
• - Comfortable working to fast-paced operative targets
• - Happy with lifting of up to 18kg
• - Must have previous Warehouse experience
