Position

The role

Our aim is to embed best practice into every aspect of operations. At BJF Group you can grow your experience by helping to deliver a high-quality recruitment and onboarding service which supports our talent acquisition goals whilst broadening your skillset by contributing to wider HR activities and initiatives.

As the Talent Acquisition & People Partner at BJF Group, you will be joining a small but agile team of people professionals. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates for support positions, assisting with interview scheduling, ATS management, through to producing offer documentation and onboarding. This role will also see you assist with HR activities and apprenticeship management.

Your responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for all business support roles
Interview Scheduling support for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent & Recruitment Coordinator
Candidate Feedback & Management
ATS Maintenance & Reporting
Support on Talent Pool Building through sourcing and candidate relationship management
Ensuring Certificates and Qualifications are checked
Offer Letter Creation and Issue
Proof of Right to Work Checks
Ensure new hires are correctly processed through the ATS/HR system to receive correct documentation and onboarding
Induction Scheduling in collaboration with management and team admins
Ensuring checks are carried out with management and support teams that all is set up for new joiners
Conduct employee inductions both face to face and remotely
Apprenticeship Management
Support with HR Admin
Probation Reminders Interim and ensuring managers are carrying them out
Employer References
CezanneHR absence management
CezanneHR queries
Support on the administration of HR Projects and CezanneHR data entry and management
Assist in minute taking for HR meetings
Proactively suggesting and supporting process changes
Promote and live BJF TEAMS values.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

Demonstrable experience of working in an HR/People team
A Recruitment and/or HR admin background
Have the ability to quickly build rapport with line managers and employees
Attention to detail and pride in your accuracy and high standards
Proven ability to achieve goals and overcome challenges
An enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach
An appreciation of the importance of discretion and confidentiality

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

A CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification or willingness to work towards
An HR Support Apprenticeship
Experience of working in the Construction/FM industry

Skills & Experience:

Experience of delivering a good quality administration, support and/or customer service
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and databases
Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
Driven self-starter who wants to do a great job
Has to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to business changes and keep on top of tasks
Able to communicate clearly and consistently at all levels
Must be highly organised
ATS system experience would be advantageous
