Brook Street are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Scheduler to join our client's team, based in Portadown.
Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and recording maintenance repairs, managing customer calls, and ensuring that all appointments are scheduled effectively to meet both customer and business needs.
- Administrative Schedulers accurately diagnose and record maintenance repairs for tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues to support the Manager in the delivery of an excellent customer service via the telephone and/or by email.
Hours of work
- Monday - Thursday 0830 1630
- Friday 0830 1600
To be considered for this position you will have
- 5+ years' experience in Admin Scheduling along with advanced IT/Microsoft office proficiency
- 5 GCSE A-C
- An access NI check will be required
In return you will be paid £11.98 P/H, paid weekly
34 days annual leave
