Senior Developer (.NET, API, SQL, Azure, Blazor, Typescript)

Due to continued expansion, I am looking for a Senior Developer to join my prestigious client's IT team.

As the Senior Developer you will have proven commercial experience and love the idea of taking on a variety of projects and contribute to their very ambitious growth and success plans.

Role is offered on hybrid basis so must be commutable to Birmingham

Key duties of the role include:

• Manage your own workload while coaching and motivating the development team.
• Push for state-of-the-art technology practices to be used within the team.
• Drive peer reviews to assess code quality and understand business needs to match them with technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, leading to secure, robust, and optimised systems.
• Develop and improve our Practice Management Systems and integrate with third-party APIs.
• Maintain databases, including tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to shape technical solutions and direction.
• Balance multiple projects and maintain documentation contributing to the development infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET framework / .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Functions.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and expert-level T-SQL skills.
• Experience in creating and implementing effective testing plans and using code repositories.
• Ability to troubleshoot common database issues and optimise SQL statements.
