Join The Recruitment Co. team at our well-established Warrington branch using your sales skills to develop and grow a desk that supplies permanent office and industrial staff to our clients.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
• Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
• Working to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipeline
• Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
• Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
• Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Regular weekly client visits and therefore you need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle
• Contacting lapsed clients, warm and cold leads to gain new business opportunities
• Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits
• Best practise administration and record keeping
