External Facade Manager

PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced External Façade Site Manager in Woking to start immediately on a long term freelance basis. Our client is a major UK main contractor and the position is based on a prestigious school new build project. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Job duties:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations on construction site.
- Specific duties will involve the installation of the external façade and cladding on a multi-story school building.
- Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks and address issues promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams and various stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers and the client to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs.
Responsibilities:
- Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
- Must have detailed externals / facades experience
- Must have proven experience as a Site Manager
- Must have strong organisational and communication skills
- Up to date DBS
