As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead and coordinate daily ward activities.
- Give guidance and mentorship to the nursing team and students.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth operation of the ward.
- Make safe and informed discharge judgments in collaboration with consultants.
- Deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure patient safety and department efficiency.
