Location: Telford (with some travel within the Midlands when required)
Salary: Up to £33,000
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional night and weekend shifts required, shift allowance provided)

About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead OH Technician to join their team in Telford. This is an inhouse role, where you'll be based primarily on one site, with occasional travel to a couple of their other locations in the Midlands.

In this role, you will oversee a small team of OH Technicians, serving as a primarily liaison with the HR team. You'll ensure effect management of workloads, rotas, and delegating tasks across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for the OH Technician team
• Liaise directly with the HR team, and be the point of contact for the stakeholders
• Supervise and support the team in delivering high-quality occupational health services across various locations.
• On occasion, you will be required to participate in night shifts/weekend, which would be rotated through the team, however this will be appropriately compensated financially
• A company car is available at the Telford site, which you are able to use to drive to their other locations when required
• Develop and implement an annual health surveillance plan
• Providing training to the OH Technicians when required

Requirements:
• Full, clean driving licence
• 3+ years experience as an OH Technician, with a proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks
• Supervisory experience, including delegation, team management and stakeholder relationship building
• Willingness to occasionally work night shifts and weekends
