We are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service agent for a global leader within the travel industry.

Situated in their stunning Head office you will be servicing customers from around the globe, in a fast paced environment. The customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do, we want people who are personable and genuinely have a flair for customer service.

To be considered for a German Speaking Customer Service agent you will need to have a proven and consistent track record of delivering excellent customer service on a regular basis, having a passion for travel would be advantageous.

You will need to be flexible, organised with the ability to work on your own initiative aswell and in a team environment.

The shift pattern is 5 out of 7 days. Monday - Friday between 7am - 3pm, you will however get your rota 6 weeks in advance and weekends off, these positions are office based but after your 6 month probation they will consider hybrid working.

In return they offer a generous salary of up to £25K, excellent holiday allowance of 32 days per year and more.
