Are you a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills looking for an opportunity with a large and well-known global manufacturer where you will be given full support to become a fully-fledged HR professional?

On offer is the chance to join a highly stable business in a varied role where you will develop technically through additional internal training to allow you to progress to more senior levels within the company.

This globally renowned company manufacture products mainly for the Oil & Gas industry, and are constantly expanding due to their continued success. They are looking for an ambitious HR/Recruitment Advisor to join their team.

In this role you will play a key role recruitment activity and provide administrative support to the HR department., keeping the HR database up to date and supporting new hires for the company.

This role would suit a motivated individual with HR/Recruitment experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

• £32,000 - £36,000
• Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm

The Person

• HR or Recruitment experience
• Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience ideally
• CIPD qualification advantageous
