We have an opportunity with a central government client as a Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)
You’ll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and “how do I” questions.

We have an opportunity with a central government client as a Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)
You’ll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and “how do I” questions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support at the Tech Bar.
- Assist with hardware and software issues.
- Be an expert on specific tech products.
- Develop training programs and create help guides.
- Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
- Technologies: Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
- People Skills: Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
- Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
