Accounts Assistant

Job Description for the Accounts Assistant role:
- To manage accounts payable and receivable
- To process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Reconciliation of the bank statements
- To maintain accurate financial records
- Liaison with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions
- To monitor and manage credit control including chasing overdue payments
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role – ideally within a small business
- Proficiency in sage 50 accounting software (preferred)
- Confident in MS Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is a self starter who can work using their initiative
