An extremely successful international law firm, with a fully dedicated office based in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes are looking for a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis
You will join the General Liability team

You will be working Monday - Friday, Full Time Hours 09.30 - 5.30 pm & receive a competitive base salary + amazing benefits such as;

Main Duties

o Managing a caseload of EL and PL claims, including personal injury claims.
o Delivering high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of client service and alignment with agreed working practices and client service level agreements
o Working to develop an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as intranet pages, training and induction, process improvement etc.
o Capturing and collating required Management Information in accordance with agreed practice for clients
o Contributing to the development and improvement of the team's service, support, processes and procedures
o You will have the opportunity to attend client events and/or travel, principally to London.
The ideal candidate:
o A strong grounding in handling personal injury claims and fast track litigation.
o Candidates should have litigation experience; experience of Insurance is desirable but not essential.
o A good knowledge of legal procedures
o Excellent organisational skills
o Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
o Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly.
o Be able to demonstrate good initiative and problem-solving skills but be conscious of when to consult others.
o Able to establish collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experience.
o Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
o Able to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly.
