Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Lead

Job Description/Scope

Embed MBSE within the organisation, supporting the implementation of a model-based environment.

Support model-based practices for requirements, interfaces, trade studies, interdisciplinary integration, and analysis.

Develop and curate system models to deliver immediate and long-term benefits.

Ensure alignment between MBSE models and current design.

Model architectures of complex systems using Cameo Systems Modeller and SysML.

Provide MBSE training and support.

Support integration between MBSE and other analytical models and simulations.

Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, including creating accessible visualisations on MBSE models.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent qualification.

Hands-on proficiency with SysML and Cameo Systems Modeller, including the MagicGrid framework.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with ISO 15288.

Experience Required

Technical management in projects requiring cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Experience architecting large systems and engaging with senior decision-makers.

Leading organisational change initiatives.

Defining modeling standards and enabling collaborative efforts.

Creating multi-disciplinary models and simulations.

Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python.

Desired Experience:

Familiarity with Dassault's 3DExperience PLM platform.

Awareness of emerging MBSE practices.

Comfortable interacting with APIs.

Experience of working across the full system lifecycle.
