Europe Sales Manager - Luxury Travel required by an Experiential Travel Company who are passionate about conservation and sustainable travel which has a positive impact on the global communities where it sends travellers. You will lead a small, destination-specific, sales team and be dedicated to helping them perform to their highest potential.
Salary: £42,500 + £15,000 - £20,000 OTE.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Europe Sales Manager - Luxury Travel, Candidate Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager.
• Have extensive experience in a travel sales or a comparable luxury sales environment.
• Experienced in working towards targets and performance review.
• Analytical head for numbers, booking trends and sales metrics.
• You will be an empathetic listener, positive mentality and approachable.
