Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a welcoming Secondary School in Salisbury, commencing in September 2024. This maternity cover role offers a contract until July 2025, teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dynamic and engaging Geography lessons that captivate and motivate students.
  • Establish positive relationships with students and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school environment.
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans, monitor and assess student progress, and engage with parents during scheduled school events.
  • Work alongside fellow educators to enhance the Geography curriculum and support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Geography.
  • Proven experience teaching Geography at the Secondary School level.
