Due to expansion and a focus of maximising our innovative digital recruitment platform, we’re happy to announce this new and exciting opportunity situated in our established Norwich office.

This position will suit a tech-savvy, highly driven Senior or 360 Recruitment Consultant, as you will play a vital role in all areas of recruitment. From sourcing & interviewing candidates, filling bookings for existing clients, making sales call and visits to ensure continued growth, to advertising and marketing across multiple platforms.  All whilst ensuring our reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers and transport/logistics staff is maintained, and ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal, and industry, standards.

What does the role involve?

On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:

• Identifying new prospect clients using a variety of methods including existing databases, territory mapping, social media, telephone calls and drop offs/visits.
• Visiting new and existing clients.
• Effective account management of existing customers, building relationships to drive business growth.
• Embrace technology to drive effective candidate recruitment face to face or remotely using digital registration tools and digital right to work checks.
• 24hr on call on rota with the other recruitment consultants.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates to establish suitability, to finding them work within our client base. 
• Effectively run recruitment campaigns via multiple marketing and social platforms to ensure consistent quality supply to client base.
• Ensuring all records are compliant and up to date.
• Office hours are Mon to Fri, 08:30 - 17:00.

As a new member of the team, you will be supported through an induction and training programme with the team and other key stakeholders in the business, elements of which will be delivered by Driver Hire Group Services, our ‘head office’ in Bradford. This programme will focus on giving you the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team. This will involve a week's training away from home.

• Full, UK driving licence.
