Are you a CNC Programmer / Machinist looking to step up into a Supervisory role, within an industry leading company who are know for looking after, and investing in staff?

This is an excellent time to get on board with a long-standing, highly specialist team where you can grow both your technical and leadership skills, with a view to progress even further up into management.

In this role you will step up to take on a working supervisors role, still doing hands on Machining work and managerial duties such as production planning, ensuring KPI's are hit and continuously implementing lean manufacturing techniques.

This role suits a CNC Programmer looking to progress their career within a world renowned business.

The Role:

• M-F, 37hr week (Fri 1pm finish)
• Taking on a Working Supervisors role
• Both Technical and Leadership training plans

The Person:

• CNC / Machine Shop background
• Experience with low volume, bespoke production work
• Looking to take on a leadership based role
