An exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a friendly conveyancing team in a West Midlands-based law firm. OVERVIEW:
• This role includes managing your own caseload of various residential conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase, re-mortgage, right to buy and lease extensions from the initial inception through to conclusion.

• You will have experience with managing own residential conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision.

• You will be able to generate a fee income according to agreed targets.

• You will be liaising with clients and estate agents whilst continuously developing professional relationships with clients.

• The appointed candidate will be expected to provide excellent client service and care.
