Senior Interior Designer

My Client are looking to invite someone onto their team to lead Design and Build company at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the industry.

• Lead and manage interior design projects for our clients, from concept development to project completion.

• Play a key role in business development by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities, oversee the works onsite and resolve ad-hoc queries from the contractors.

• A minimum of 5 years+ of demonstrated experience in interior design, with a strong focus on commercial projects

• Proficiency in design software such Revit (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to inspire and mentor junior design team members.
• A portfolio showcasing a successful track record in commercial interior design.
