Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to take the lead on exciting projects? We are a well-established, medium-sized mechanical contractor based in Bromsgrove, specializing in care homes, industrial, and retail projects. We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team and help drive our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical installations across care homes, industrial, and retail sectors.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring all financial and operational targets are met.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with a strong background in care homes, industrial, and retail projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
