Rail Systems Engineer | Derby | £450 - £550 per day (INSIDE IR35) | Hybrid

Opportunity:

Ford & Stanley Digital are working with a leader within Digital Rail Technology, our client serves the rolling stock industry with components such as relays, safety critical electronics and complete measuring and control solutions train protection systems. 

We are currently looking for a Rail Systems Engineer within Trainborne Systems who can come onboard to help our client design, and implement, deliver and support project specific systems that fully meet their customers specifications.

You will work within a small but high performing team and will have exposure across the wider business to help our client provide innovative Onboard train system solutions to their customers.

Candidate Essentials:

• 5 years’ experience within the Rolling stock Industry
• Design & Validation experience within onboard train systems
• Experience within onboard train systems including ( DOORS Controllers, Brake Controllers, CCTV, ETCS, AWS/TPWS)
• Appreciation and understanding of Rail Standards (EN50128/6/9)
