Currently, they are projecting to have over 10,000 residential and mixed use units which they are looking to deliver on which are going to have an impressive and transformative effect on the various town centres.

Due to the level and scale of projects on the go, this particular Developer are keen to speak with accomplished Project Managers with either client-side Construction knowledge or Consultancy experience who have delivered ideally BTR, Regenerative or general Residential schemes from inception all the way through to completion. Likelihood, this would suit either someone at Senior Project Manager or Associate Director level who feels ready for that step up to move client side and become that key decision maker.
