Sales Manger
Location: Livingston
Salary: OTE up to £65000
45 hour week

Our client is leading dealership known for its wide range of vehicles and exceptional customer service, they are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead its sales team. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact and join the continuous growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
- Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor performance and analyze sales data to optimize results.
- Manage trade stock Sales
- Assisting ang guiding the dealers marketing operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and sales expertise.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
