Cover Supervisor in Luton

Tick Education are seeking a motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor in Luton to work in a variety of schools in and around surrounding areas. The successful candidate will need to have experience teaching or tutoring pupils and be able to work on a daily or long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver pre-planned lessons to pupils in the absence of the regular teacher

- Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring that students are engaged and focused on learning

- Support pupils with their learning and provide feedback on their progress

- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality education and care for all pupils

Requirements:

- At least 3 months of experience teaching or tutoring within the last 5 years

- Proactive and confident in managing a classroom of pupils

- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to different teaching styles

- A DBS check is essential
