Role Overview:As the Projects & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance of all non-productive equipment and premises. Your role is crucial in ensuring minimal downtime, adherence to all regulatory standards, and successful completion of facilities-related projects. You will be the go-to expert for managing compliance, overseeing breakdowns and servicing, and leading projects that enhance our facilities' performance.

Skills Required for Projects & Facilities Manager:

• Proven experience in facilities management within a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive knowledge of building services compliance, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in preventative maintenance procedures and managing breakdown responses.
